Close to main attractions and train station, friendly staff, reasonable price.

No balcony and expensive parking. the lift was a pain and there was a wait to use the car.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break in Florence. It was right in the center, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to assist us with any questions or requests. Another advantage of this hotel was the delicious breakfast with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day of exploring the city.

One aspect that we didn't enjoy was the outdated facilities of the hotel. the windows and doors were old and difficult to open or close.

Fascinating hotel, we appreciated the exceptional staff and gorgeous room. The breakfast was incredible and marvellous; included croissants, cereal, fruit, eggs and cheese.

The hotel is located right in the center of the historic town, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the sightseeing spots and restaurants. It is also very close to the restaurant in front of Santa Maria Novella. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with original beams and panelled ceilings. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in the beautiful breakfast room with an amazing fresco ceiling or in the lovely quiet courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The internet connection provided in the hotel is of very low quality and practically useless for internet-supported facilities like emailing or using social media.

We had a just perfect time here and would stay there again.

staff were efficient, atmosphere was family, it had amazing location just next door to central florence, town centre, the duomo. we liked fruit, cereals, eggs, cakes and yogurt for breakfast.

Perfect location near main attractions. My room was upgraded and welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with quality toiletries. Only downside was no tea/coffee facilities. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Everything is great, I appreciated inviting room and brilliant location. Fine personnel. You'll need to walk 10 minutes to get to the bus stop.

It's quirky place to stay 1 km away from an art museum. The breakfast is delicious, liked croissants, eggs, yoghourt, fruit and cheese. Ideal location, close to a museum and a cathedral.

Many things to mention - everything was immaculately clean, great food, impressive views. A lot of food at breakfast like croissants, hot chocolate, yoghourt, cereals and cakes. Its location was super central, a short walk to a pedestrianized square. There was a good restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff were competent and we had an early check-in;))

Our stay at Hotel Paris was exceptional. The hotel had an elegant, old-world charm that added to the overall experience. The continental breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, including regional products and fresh fruits. We especially enjoyed dining on the lovely terrace surrounded by beautiful flowers. The high ceilings and interesting old furniture in our room added to the character of the hotel. Despite a minor issue with the smell of smoke in our room, opening the window helped alleviate it. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. we highly recommend Hotel Paris for a delightful stay in downtown Florence.

As women travelling alone, we loved the great value for money, clean rooms and bathrooms, and awesome location.

The breakfast room in the charming historic building is a treat for the eyes. Fresh fruit is hygienically cleaned and replenishments were served promptly at the buffet. The location is ideal for visitors. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage on arrival and departure. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in beautiful Florence. Firstly, the location was perfect - right in the center of the town, ideal for all sightseeing. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and two comfy king size beds. Lastly, breakfast was included and offered a variety of options, including gluten free choices and scrambled eggs.

The only downside was the occasional noise from outside in the morning.
